Transparency

Trust should be visible.

If stories, resources, assets, or money enter the project, the record should be careful, understandable, and privacy-protective.

Current Status

The project is still in draft status.

This page starts the reporting structure before donations or formal asset intake begin, so expectations are clear from the beginning. Donations and formal asset intake are not open yet.

Public Reporting

The numbers should tell a plain story.

Public reporting should show what came in, what went out, what kind of resource or practical support was provided, and what remains draft, uncertain, or still being formalized.

The goal is not complicated paperwork for its own sake. The goal is simple: people should be able to see whether the project is doing what it says it is doing.

When help is provided, reports should protect private personal details while still making the use of funds understandable.

Treasury

Before money moves, the path should be visible.

The treasury draft lays out how stories, resources, community-contributed assets, and future funds may be stewarded if the project opens those paths later.

It is a planning document, not a donation request. The purpose is to make the money path clear before the project asks anyone to trust it with support.

Read the Treasury for the current stewardship model and guardrails.

What Should Be Visible

Clear enough to trust. Careful enough to protect people.

Total money received, if donations open later.

Total money distributed, if donations open later.

Resource and asset categories, such as work readiness, stability, mobility, or connections.

Administrative costs, if any.

Decisions or limitations that are still being worked out.

Stories only with permission, and only in a way that protects privacy.

Boundaries

Transparency does not mean exposing private stories.

Chapter Two Initiative collects personal stories so it can understand where resources, relationships, or practical assets may matter most. Those stories are not a public ledger.

Public reporting should show stewardship clearly. Personal details should be handled with care.
